Groworx is actively recruiting skilled and compassionate Care workers and Nurses in the Philippines who possess a strong desire to serve and excel in caring for the elderly.
We are conducting Careworker Caravans, attracting applicants from various regions across the country, some even traveling up to six hours to attend the event just to be able to pursue their dreams of being a long-term aged care worker abroad. During Careworker Caravan, applicants undergo a series of assessments which includes examination and interview with our Medical Recruitment Officer to ensure that providers can have access to highly-qualified Care worker.
A Day In A Life Of A Careworker
Successful applicants from Care Worker Caravan will undergo rigorous training for Certificate III in Individual Support. Filipino Care Workers To Registered Nurse (RN)
Groworx will recruit, train, and deploy Filipino registered nurses to become aged care workers in care facilities. While working in Australia they will undertake a bridging program to become a registered nurse with NMBA
Filipino Care Workers
Groworx will train the care workers in the Philippines and deploy job-ready candidates to be aged-care workers in Australia.
Filipino Care Workers To Registered Nurse (RN)
Groworx will recruit, train, and deploy Filipino registered nurses to become aged care workers in care facilities. While working in Australia they will undertake a bridging program to become a registered nurse with NMBA.
Rest Of The World RN Pathway
Groworx will recruit Registered Nurses from other international destinations such as United Kingdom, Canada, and South Africa to be deployed in Australia’s aged care facility. The role in which they can be deployed will depend on the outcome of their APHRA and other various regulatory assessments.
Groworx is currently building a solution to bundle the international recruitment, deployment, and local training (if required) of international candidates.
Hospitality Workers
Filipinos are known for their hospitality. Groworx can provide Care Workers with specialised skills in cooking, housekeeping, maintenance, and others.
Allied Health Professionals
Groworx will recruit Allied Health Professionals (Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Radiographers, etc.) in the the Philippines to be deployed in Australia’s care facility as Care Workers initially. This will give them the opportunity to take Australian regulatory requirements while already in-country. The specialised role in which they can be deployed will depend on the outcome of various regulatory assessments respective to their roles.
How Does Our Global Training Work?
RTO - Registered Training Organisations
One essential requirement for Care Workers is to have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing). This course can only be conducted by an RTO accredited by ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority). Our RTO partners have years of experience in the industry and have been vetted by top Providers.
Medical Tutors
While the Cert III course can only be conducted by RTOs, they cannot be present physically on-site. This remote learning is reinforced by the physical facilitation of our Medical Tutors. These Tutors, while not aged care practitioners, are Filipino RNs (Registered Nurses) who have had not only clinical experience but also teaching experience. They assist the RTO in ensuring that the class is enagaged and each learner’s questions are answered.
Training Centers
The Groworx Training Centres are state-of-the art facilities that exceeds industry standards. These training centres are situated in the same facilities where BPO companies operate and as such are afforded the same quality expected from Fortune 500 companies (typhoon proof, fire proof, earthquake proof, etc.).
Groworx facilities and equipment are ASQA approved, ensuring high standards of training.

We Deploy Workers In Regional & Rural Areas In Australia
