WHAT WE DO
Recruitment
Groworx is actively recruiting skilled and compassionate Care workers and Nurses in the Philippines who possess a strong desire to serve and excel in caring for the elderly. We are conducting Careworker Caravans, attracting applicants from various regions across the country, some even traveling up to six hours to attend the event just to be able to pursue their dreams of being a long-term aged care worker abroad.
Offshore Training
Groworx partners with different RTO accredited by ASQA (Australian Skills Quality Authority) to provide a Certificate III in Individual Support training. This training is conducted offshore and will enhance the skills of Care workers and Nurses and prepare them to be job-ready once they land in Australia.
Deployment
Groworx deploys Nurses and Careworkers throughout various regions of Australia, including remote rural areas. We offer comprehensive deployment assistance and continuously monitor the Care workers, ensuring their productivity and welfare. This guarantees that aged care providers receive exceptional standards of care.
